Note which Google account you’ve used to purchase Swriteo PRO. Within the Android app, tap “Unlock Swriteo web access” and sign in using the Google account. Once the Google account is linked, you can go to app.swriteo.com in your web browser and sign in to the Web version using that account.
Yes, you can use any Google account for cloud backups. However, only the linked Google account used to purchase Swriteo PRO can be used for the web version login.
Syncing to Google Drive enables the web version to work without an external server. If I had to run the sync to a self-hosted server, then I run into excessive ongoing costs (pun intended) and would need to charge a subscription (something I’m trying to avoid).
